We are committed to helping you secure employment in the tech industry within 12 months of completing our program. If you are unable to find a job within that timeframe despite putting in your best efforts, we will refund the full cost of the program tuition fees.
Our mentors go through a rigorous vetting process to ensure they have the right expertise and experience. They are then matched with students based on an AI-driven skills assessment that identifies each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and ideal learning pathway. This personalized matching ensures you receive guidance tailored to your specific needs.
Students will have one-on-one video mentoring sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on their personalized learning plan. Sessions typically last 1-2 hours. There is also flexibility to schedule extra sessions as needed.
Our curriculum covers a wide range of technical roles such as software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, cloud computing and more. Your specific career path will depend on your interests, prior experience, and the personalized learning plan developed with your mentor.
There is no maximum age limit. We welcome students from all backgrounds and experience levels, including fresh graduates and career changers. The only requirement is having some basic technical knowledge to build upon during the program.
Upon getting hired, you can opt-in to our subscription-based on-the-job support program. Your mentor will be available for checking in periodically and providing guidance as you transition into your new role.
Open communication is important to us. If you face any concerns, you can reach out to the program coordinator. We will first try to resolve any issues, but if they persist, we can explore reassigning you a different mentor better suited to your learning needs.
