Account & Sign Up
How do I create an account on QurateHQ?
Click the "Login" button at the top right. You can sign up using your email address or use your Google account for faster access.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it’s not there, wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox. Still nothing? Email support@quratehq.com and we’ll activate your account manually.
I can’t log in. It says my password is incorrect.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it. If you're still having issues, contact support.
Course Enrollment
How do I enroll in a course?
Go to the Courses Page and select your preferred course. Simply click on the “Take this Course” button on the course page and proceed to checkout. After completing the free trial registration or payment, the course will appear in your "My Courses" dashboard.
I clicked the course and was redirected to the homepage. What’s wrong?
This may be due to a caching issue or browser error. Try clearing your browser cache or open the link in Incognito Mode. If it persists, contact support.
Can I register without choosing a course immediately?
Yes. You can register your account first and explore available courses before selecting one.
Trial & Subscription
Do I need to pay to access a course?
All courses come with a 7-day free trial. After that, your subscription begins and runs for the full 3-month cohort period.
How do I activate my free trial?
Simply click on the “Take this Course” button on the course page and proceed to checkout.
Will I be charged after the trial ends?
Yes, unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends. Your card will be charged automatically for the 3-month plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Account > Subscriptions, and click "Cancel." Once cancelled, your access will be revoked after the current billing period or trial ends.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods are supported?
We accept all major debit/credit cards.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, we offer localized pricing. Your local currency will be shown based on your country during checkout.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If you're within the trial period, simply cancel before it ends to avoid being charged. Refunds are not available after a subscription charge.
Using the Dashboard
Where can I find my courses?
Log in, then click on “My Courses” in the top menu. You’ll see a list of all courses you’re enrolled in.
My course says 'No Access' even after I paid.
This could be due to a delay in enrollment syncing. Refresh the page after 1–2 minutes. If access is still blocked, contact support.
Course Experience
How long is a course?
Each course runs in cohorts for 3 months.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, you’ll receive a certificate upon successful course completion and assessment.
