You already know the work. Now let’s get you paid for it.

QurateHQ is not a course. It is a 12-week programme for people who finished the certifications, built the projects, maybe even filled a board with job applications  and still have not seen a first paycheck from any of it. We pair you with a practitioner who is doing the job right now. You work on real briefs. You send real proposals and real applications. You sit on real client and interview calls. The programme ends when you have been paid. Not before.

IF ANY OF THIS IS YOURS, KEEP READING.

"I can pass the exam. Sit me in front of a client and I go blank."

You have the certificate. You have the practice projects. You know what a correct answer looks like. But the moment someone asks what you would charge for the job, something shuts down. This is not a confidence problem you fix with another tutorial. It is the first time anyone has asked you to operate as a professional instead of a student. Nobody has walked you through that before. We do.

"Three certs. Fifty applications. One interview. Zero offers."

You did what they told you to do. You got the cert. You built the portfolio. You rewrote the CV. You clicked Apply, Apply, Apply. The inbox stayed quiet. Somewhere in all that silence you started wondering if you are the problem. You are not. You have been applying into a system that wants proof you have already done the job. We help you build that proof — a real body of work that says "this person can deliver" before anyone opens your CV.

"My Upwork has been live for two years. I bid on everything. My inbox is empty."

Your profile is up. Your bids go out. Nothing comes back. The problem is not that you are not trying. The problem is that a freelancer whose portfolio is course exercises looks, to a paying client, exactly like a freelancer with no portfolio at all. We put real briefs in front of you, review your work the way a paying client would, and walk you through the first conversation where someone actually hires you.

A programme built for one outcome: EVERYTHING IS BUILT AROUND IT.

Your first paid role or contract. Not a new certificate. Not another portfolio of pretend projects. A signed offer, a cleared invoice, a paid gig, a real first paycheck. That is when this programme ends. Sixteen weeks is the map. The destination is a payment.

One mentor. Weekly.

A practitioner who does the job you are trying to break into. Not a trainer. Not a content creator. They sit with your work for an hour a week and tell you what a paying client would say.

Real briefs. Every week.

Not exercises. Not toy datasets. Actual industry scenarios — the kind you will be asked to handle the day you get hired. You deliver. Your mentor reviews it against a professional rubric.

Pitches you can actually send.

Proposal templates, outreach scripts, cold-email frameworks, application cover letters. Written by people who have won with them. You use them this week — not next quarter.

Accountability you can’t talk your way out of.

Weekly outreach targets, deliverable deadlines, and check-ins that are tracked and reviewed. If you go quiet, we notice. If you need a push, you get one.

Real calls. Coached before. Debriefed after.

Your first interview. Your first discovery call. Your first pricing conversation. You go in prepared, and you come out understanding what just happened.

Community channel

A private channel with every other person in your cohort. Different tracks, different countries, same gap. Wins shared. Mistakes shared. You will not be doing this in silence.

How It Works

01. Apply. Get told the truth.

We look at where you actually are. Your skills. Your track. What you are trying to land. If you are ready for mentorship, you are in. If you are closer to the beginning than the middle, we route you to the QurateHQ training track — live courses in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, DevOps, AI, UI/UX, and more — and you come back to mentorship when your foundation is real. We turn no one away without a path. And because our payment is tied to yours, we do not accept anyone into mentorship that we cannot get to the finish line.

02. Get matched to someone who does the job.

You are paired with one mentor. A practitioner. Currently or very recently active in your track. Not a teacher who left the industry a decade ago. Someone who knows what this week’s hiring managers and clients are actually looking for, because they work next to them.

03. Do the work a real job would ask you to do.

Every week you get a brief. You deliver it. Your mentor reviews it against a professional rubric — is it technically sound, would it hold up in a real team, would a client or manager sign off on it. The feedback is direct. You rework until the work is real.

04. Hit a milestone. Unlock the next payment.

You do not pay for weeks. You pay for progress. Four milestones. Four payments. Nothing happens on a calendar. If you are moving, you are paying. If you are not moving, you are not paying — and we are not earning either. Our incentive is yours.

05. Get paid.

A signed offer. A contract. A cleared invoice. A gig with a receipt. Whatever shape your first paycheck takes, that is the moment the programme closes. Not when week sixteen ends. When your money lands.

You pay as you PROGRESS.

Total programme fee: $2,500. Split into four payments, each one tied to a professional milestone you actually hit. Not a week on a calendar.

MILESTONE 1

$500

You’re in and shipping.

Your skills are assessed. Your track is set. Your mentor is matched. You have received your first brief and turned in your first deliverable. This is the only money that moves before you have proven something.

MILESTONE 2

$800

You’ve pitched yourself into the market.

Ten to twenty real outreach attempts, completed and documented — written proposals, cold messages, job applications, platform bids — with your mentor’s review on each one. You are no longer thinking about how to pitch. You are pitching.

MILESTONE 3

$600

You’ve been in the room.

You have had a real conversation with a real potential client or hiring manager. Not a roleplay. Not a mock. An actual call. You submitted a debrief to your mentor. You know what that room feels like.

MILESTONE 4

$500

You’ve been paid.

A signed contract. An offer letter. An invoice that cleared. A gig with proof of payment. The programme ends here, because this was the only thing it was ever designed to produce.

We built the money this way because your money should move when you move. If you stall, you stop paying. If you stop paying, we stop earning. We cannot afford to keep people who are not progressing, and we cannot afford to drag out people who are. There is only one way this programme works: you reach the finish line as fast as possible.

IS THIS YOU?

We accept applications from anywhere on earth. If you have a real foundation in a tech discipline and you have not yet converted it into consistent income — whether you want to be hired full time, want to freelance, or do not yet know which — this programme was built for the exact gap you are standing in.

This is the mentorship track. If you are earlier in the journey and still building your foundation, the QurateHQ training track is where you start — live courses in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, DevOps, AI, UI/UX, and more. Mentorship is for people who have finished learning and need to start earning.

You are ready if you…

This is not right for you if…

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH.

Five things. Not one of them is a certificate.

A portfolio of two to three real deliverables, reviewed to a professional standard.

Every piece was built against a real brief, handed to an active practitioner, and graded the way a paying client or hiring manager would grade it. When someone opens it, they are not looking at coursework. They are looking at evidence.

Ten to twenty documented pitches you actually sent.

Proposals. Cold emails. Job applications. Platform bids. Each one written, sent, and tracked. You leave knowing how to pitch because you have pitched — not because you watched a video about pitching.

A real interview or client call you have been in.

Not a mock. Not a roleplay with your mentor. A conversation with a real hiring manager or a real potential client. You prepared. You showed up. You debriefed. You now know what that call feels like, because you have been on one.

Your first paycheck. Whatever form it takes.

A signed offer letter. A contract. An invoice that cleared. A gig that paid out. The programme does not close until this exists. Our last payment from you is unlocked only when you have received your first payment from the market.

Professional communication skills

How to price your work and not apologise for it. How to write a proposal that does not go into spam. How to handle a revision without losing the client. How to follow up without sounding desperate. How to negotiate a salary without caving. These live only in practice. This programme is practice.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tracks are currently available?

Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and DevOps for the first cohort. Machine Learning and AI, along with UI/UX, are in development for the next intake. If your track is not listed yet, apply anyway and tell us your discipline. We will contact you when it opens.

What level do I need to be to apply?

You need to have finished at least one real learning experience in your track — a course, a bootcamp, a certification, or solid self-taught work you can show. You do not need to be senior. You need to be past zero. If you have never touched a terminal, opened a dataset, or read a security log, mentorship is not where you start — the QurateHQ training track is. Finish a course with us, then come back to mentorship. If you have done the learning and cannot convert it to income, this is where you belong.

What if my application shows I am not ready for mentorship yet?

Then we route you to the QurateHQ training track instead of rejecting you. We run live, instructor-led courses in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, DevOps, AI & Automation, UI/UX, Machine Learning, and more — designed to take someone from zero to a real foundation. Many of our strongest mentorship applicants came through training first. If your application tells us the foundation is not there yet, we say so directly and point you to the course that fits. The two tracks are built to work together.

How long is the program?

12 weeks is the structure. The programme is milestone-based, not calendar-based. If you hit all four milestones in twelve weeks, you finish in twelve. If one milestone is taking longer than expected, we do not cut you off at week sixteen. The clock serves you. You do not serve the clock.

What happens if I don't get my first client by the end?

Then we keep going. The programme does not end at a date. It ends at Milestone 4. If you have done the outreach, shipped the deliverables, and held the calls, but a contract has not closed, your mentor and the QurateHQ team stay with you. We stop when you have been paid. Not before.

Is this only for freelancers? I want a full-time job.

The programme works for both. The skills are the same. Outreach is outreach, whether it goes to clients or recruiters. A real portfolio is a real portfolio, whether a hiring manager or a client opens it. An interview and a discovery call use the same muscle. Tell us which path you are after during the application and your mentor will be picked for that path.

How's this different from a bootcamp?

Bootcamps teach skills. This programme assumes you already have them and focuses on turning them into income. Bootcamps end with a certificate. This ends with a paycheck. Bootcamps grade you internally against their own standard. We grade you against what the market actually accepts. If you have done a bootcamp and you are still not earning, this is what was missing.
