Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to the Qurate HQ Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 
Please read carefully before continuing. 

1. Enrollment & Eligibility 

• To join the Program, you must complete the registration form truthfully and accurately. 

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. 

• Qurate HQ reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion. 

2. Your Responsibilities 

• You agree to promote QurateHQ programs ethically and truthfully using approved or factually accurate materials. 

• Misrepresentation, spam, or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited. 

• You may not use QurateHQ’s brand name, trademarks, or logos in paid ads, URLs, or usernames without written consent. 

• You must comply with all data protection and privacy laws applicable in your country. 

3. Commissions & Payments 

• Affiliates earn a 20% commission per enrolled student. 

• Commissions are based only on verified student enrollments and cleared payments made through your unique referral link. 

• Payouts are made bi-weekly, within 7 business days after the end of each payment period. 

• Payments may be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer, depending on your location. 

• QurateHQ reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations. 

4. Tracking & Attribution 

• Referrals are tracked using cookies tied to your unique affiliate link. 

• The standard cookie duration is 30 days. 

• Only enrollments completed within this period qualify for commission. 

• Qurate HQ is not responsible for tracking issues due to browser settings, ad blockers, or user error. 

5. Promotional Content 

• You will have access to approved banners, templates, and resources. 

• All content remains the property of QurateHQ and must not be altered without permission. 

• We reserve the right to request removal of any promotional content that violates brand standards or misrepresents our programs. 

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection 

• Any non-public information about QurateHQ or its students must be treated as confidential. 

• You must handle all personal data securely and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. 

7. Termination 

This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated in accordance with the terms below. 

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing at least 14 days’ written notice stating valid grounds for termination. 

Qurate HQ reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate an affiliate account in cases of fraud, misuse of promotional materials, breach of contract, or violation of the Company’s policies. 

Upon termination, all verified and eligible commissions accrued up to the termination date will be reviewed and paid in accordance with the payment policy. 

Following termination, the Affiliate must cease all promotion of Qurate HQ programs and remove any related content or materials from their platforms. 

8. Relationship of Parties 

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee, representative, or partner of QurateHQ. 

• You are responsible for your own taxes and compliance with local laws. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

• Qurate HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. 

• We do not guarantee continuous, error-free operation of the affiliate tracking system. 

10. Changes to the Program 

• Qurate HQ may modify these Terms & Conditions or the Program structure at any time. 

• Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and may be interpreted in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
